Running AndFTP 1.9 on Samsung Vibrant (Android 2.1).

Attempt to download files and get this error:

Download failed: java.io.IOException: Stream is closed.

(Sorry if this has been posted previously, search didn't find it.)

Could you provide a testing FTP account?

I'm getting this error when I access my personal hotfile.com account. Not anxious to give out those credentials.

If you give me a test ftp account somewhere I can try upload/download from my phone as a test.

One thing I noticed, a txt file worked ok. It was files with binary data (epub, jpg, for example) that failed.

I got the error whether I used wifi or 2G connections.

Using Filezilla from my desktop PC to hotfile works perfectly.

I also installed Filezilla ftp server SW on my desktop and AndFtp seems to work ok between my phone and my PC.

If there's some other test you would like me to run just let me know.

I am having the exact same problem with AndFTP. Able to connect everywhere without problem using my PC. My modified timestamps are fine, and I can neither download nor upload. I keep getting Java.io.IOException: Stream is closed. I am trying to use the 3G connection on my Samsung galaxy S.

I have the save error ' stream is close" but i wonder why there is only a button "fermer" ( i am french and "fermer" = "close") when I must choose de file where it will be load... any idea for help ? I have try without using button "fermer" but it's change nothing...
